Completion of TEK Mosenergo Project

The first phase of Sakhalin GRES-2 in the Sakhalin Region is being constructed to replace the retiring capacity of Sakhalin GRES located in the Poronaysky District, as well as to increase the total capacity of the Island's grid system with a view to cover the requirements of further economic growth.

Installed electrical capacity of Phase One — 120 MW.

Installed thermal capacity of the plant — 18.2 Gcal.

Fuel: coal from Sakhalin deposits.

Globaltechexport Ltd. has fulfilled a contract with the General Contractor TEK Mosenergo JSC for the supply of a modular compressed air station consisting of 2 compressor containers with 4 compressor units. The station is designed to supply compressed air to the auxiliary equipment of the power unit at up to 10 bar pressure with a capacity of 2,844 Nm3/h.
