Globaltechexport Ltd. and Penzkompressormash OJSC performed tests of the screw compressor unit for the fuel gas treatment unit at the site of the oil treatment plant in Pionerny settlement, Katylginskoye Field, Kargasoksky District, Tomsk Region, owned by Tomskneft VNK OJSC (Rosneft Oil Company PJSC).
The screw compressor unit is installed in a containerized module together with separators, a refrigerating unit, power and control cabinets, and auxiliary module systems. A distinctive feature of this screw compressor unit is that two screw compressors are installed on a frame and are driven by a double-ended shaft electric motor. This solution enables the use of commercially available air ends and doubles the output. Air ends are made with a separate lubrication system with an oil tank integrated into the frame of the compressor unit.
Tests covered mechanical performance, pressure, output, and gas and oil temperature measurements (air as the test gas).
