Globaltechexport Ltd. manufactured and supplied four duplex filter units for the extraction of resinous substances, dust, scale, and various fluids from natural gas for General Electric (GE) LM6000 PF gas turbines to the construction site of Yakutsk GRES-2. The project was completed within the shortest possible period – TEK MOSENERGO management set the task to develop, manufacture and deliver duplex filter units to Yakutsk in 4 months.
Duplex coalescing filter units are designed for the extraction of resinous substances, dust, scale, and various fluids from natural gas pursuant to applicable requirements. The duplex filter unit is installed immediately upstream of the gas turbine, ensuring the gas supply in compliance with the turbine supplier's requirements.
A duplex filter unit consists of two parallel fine filter lines based on high-performance coalescing filters.
Duplex filter piping includes motor-operated valves and stainless steel pipelines.
A service platform is provided for easy maintenance and regular servicing of the duplex filter unit.

- Capacity (gas flow rate): up to 13,200 Nm3/h;
- Design pressure: 63 bar (g);
- Design temperature: up to +121°С.
