Globaltechexport Ltd. got positive feedback from Interenergo LLC upon installation of the gas booster station of a new CCGTU-420 MW power unit of Verkhnetagilskaya GRES. The companies’ collaboration at that phase included equipment engineering and supply.
Interenergo LLC stated in its letter regarding project collaboration that Globaltechexport Ltd. had supplied the auxiliary equipment for the gas booster station (here-in-after — the GBS) according to the contract terms and conditions without any defects or delays including:
- Gas cleaning and metering unit (capacity — up to 375,000 Nm3/h, rated pressure: 63 bar (g), operating pressure: 24 to 46 bar (g)) – 1 ea.;
- Shut-off valve block (capacity — up to 100,000 Nm3/h, rated pressure (inlet/discharge): 63 bar (g)/40 bar (g), gas operating temperature: plus 70 °С) — 1 ea.;
- Gas switching unit — 1 ea.;
- Pump station of GBS closed loop cooling system — 1 ea.;
- Suction and discharge lines for Atlas Copco compressors;
- Siemens PLC-based control system (GBS automation system, gas cleaning and metering unit, shut-off valve block) — 3 ea.;
- Instrument air and nitrogen unit — 1 ea.;
- Air cooler with piping and pump station — 3 ea.;
- Gas booster station canopy (equipped with fire detection and firefighting systems) — 3 ea.
Interenergo operating staff thanked the engineering supervisors of Globaltechexport for flexible and efficient solutions of technical issues during the installation of all GBS units (capacity — 29,340 kg/h, pressure — 40 bar (g)).
In general, the management of Interenergo LLC highly appreciated the qualification of Globaltechexport Ltd. employees who managed to successfully integrate equipment from multiple vendors at all phases of the gas booster station construction including:- Auxiliary equipment engineering and supply;
- Entire GBS installation.
